Mold Remediation for sensitive individuals with CIRS or other conditions exacerbated by mold

Pure Restore recognizes the concerns of the CIRS /Mold/Biotoxin community. Our team of experienced remediation professionals has developed a deep understanding of how mold affects a wide range of individuals. We’re available to restore homes in a safe and timely fashion.

We look to collaborate with doctors and their patients to help address mold in their property, which can be life threatening in some circumstances.

Our team takes pride in performing thorough remediation without cutting corners. We protect our employees as well by having them wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during remediation. They are trained to properly don and doff their PPE, which protects you from cross-contamination. In addition, our equipment is cleaned thoroughly after each project.

All solutions we use are safe for humans and pets.

Estimation Process

Our Estimate Process

1) When you call Pure Restore, we will provide clear expectations in addition to asking questions regarding your property to better understand your unique situation.

2) If you choose to move forward with a remediation estimate, our customer service team will set you up on our schedule as soon as possible. You will be provided with any necessary instructions prior to our arrival.

3) When we arrive at the property, our project manager will acquire all necessary information for the estimate.

4) Once the estimate is approved, we can schedule a date for remediation.

Our Remediation Process

Our company strictly follows industry standards for mold remediation:

IICRC – S520 (Standard For Professional Mold Remediation)
NORMI – NCRSI (Certified Remediator for Sensitized Individuals)

Pure Restore never deviates from standards or regulations because of the risk that would impose on the occupants of an affected property. We take every step necessary to protect our customers and employees. Our team understands the importance of creating high quality containments, managing engineered controls, and how to utilize the HEPA sandwich technique to provide superb remediation.

Remediation Process

Ultimately, our stance is that any building materials affected by mold should be removed. This is in accordance to the official IICRC S520 Standard for Professional Mold Remediation:

“The Principles of Mold Remediation state that mold contamination should be controlled as close to its source as practical. Further, mold should be physically removed during remediation. Attempts to kill, encapsulate, or inhibit mold instead of proper source removal generally are not adequate. (IICRC S520, Section 12.2.7, page 49)

We can make accommodations at the request of the property owner, but our expert project managers will strongly urge that established remediation processes as seen in IICRC and NORMI are followed as precisely as possible.
